The Australian group began by producing drum 'n' bass tracks, pushing dance music into ever more pulsating areas.Adding some rock elements opened them up to a whole new audience, with Pendulum turning perceptions of drum 'n' bass on their head. With their new album 'Immersion' hitting number one, the group have gathered an enormous army of fans.Festival favourites, Pendulum made their live return at RockNess this summer. Playing a series of massive dates the Australian band hit the festival circuit, before supporting The Prodigy at their massive Milton Keynes show.Playing in front of 70,000 people the band spoke to the BBC of their belief that they would one day match this. Pendulum could well make good on this ambition, with their new 'Immersion' tour containing some massive venues. Now a bona fide arena attraction, the new tour finds Pendulum playing some huge shows. Opening in Glasgow's Braehead Arena on December 1st, the shows will move across the country. Containing one night at Wembley Arena, the tour finishes in Aberdeen on December 10th.
